Success requires a Master's degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering and deep expertise in public procurement law (VOB, HOAI). Required Skills

Education

Scientific university degree (University Diploma or Master's) in Electrical Engineering or Communications Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning or execution of technically complex and architecturally demanding public construction projects
  • Professional experience in building renovation and existing structures ('Bauen im Bestand')
  • Experience in technical guidance and leadership of external planners and internal staff
