Key daily tasks include monitoring, installing, and servicing network components, ensuring seamless IT operations, and providing technical support and training to end-users. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), a relevant university degree, or comparable several years of professional experience.
