Job Summary

This role is a critical leadership position overseeing the finance and accounting operations for Bremen Airport, a dynamic international hub. The Team Lead will be responsible for both the technical and disciplinary management of the accounting team, focusing on staff development and process optimization. Key day-to-day responsibilities include preparing annual and consolidated financial statements, coordinating audit processes, and managing corporate tax declarations, particularly regarding VAT. A significant aspect of the role involves acting as a Key-User for SAP customizing and driving system-side enhancements. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in accounting, tax, and balance sheet law, coupled with an affinity for IT and a proactive approach to process automation and standardization across the organization.
