Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Laboratory Head to oversee quality control operations for an international pharmaceutical manufacturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality control of raw materials, packaging, and stability studies, adhering strictly to regulations like the European Pharmacopoeia and USP. Key responsibilities include coordinating equipment maintenance, meticulously documenting all processes according to GMP, and managing analysis results and deviation reports. The role also involves overseeing reference standards, handling deviations and change requests, and developing SOPs. Beyond technical duties, the Laboratory Head will lead and train staff, fostering talent development, and ensuring safety compliance.
