Job Summary

This role involves joining the repair team in Sömmerda on a three-month fixed-term contract, focusing on delivering comprehensive, timely, and meticulous repair services for customer smartphones. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing preparatory and follow-up activities, conducting detailed analysis and error diagnosis according to customer specifications, and performing mandated test procedures, including disassembly, reassembly, and component replacement. The technician will also carry out quality controls, ensure compliance with internal instructions, and accurately document repair times and quality data in the IT system. This position requires prior experience in repairing technical devices, strong self-initiative, excellent teamwork, and good PC skills, offering a great opportunity to gain experience in a modern, internationally active company.
