Job Summary
This is a strategic leadership role focused on steering the digital future of a growing educational services group in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust, future-proof digitalization strategy, aligning IT operations with overall business goals, and managing the entire IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include strategic consulting for executive management, overseeing the integration of emerging technologies like AI and Cloud solutions, and ensuring efficient IT support across the corporate group. The role requires strong expertise in IT architecture, system administration, and data management, coupled with proven leadership skills to manage and develop a dedicated IT team of five. This position is ideal for an experienced IT leader who thrives in complex, evolving organizations and possesses strong business acumen and communication skills to drive transformative change.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, IT Management, an apprenticeship in an IT technical profession, or comparable qualification through practical professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in strategic alignment, control, and development of IT structures in complex, growing organizations or groups
- Experience in leading and developing IT teams
- Experience in planning and controlling budgets and the economic use of resources
- Experience in designing and supporting change and transformation processes, ideally in growing or changing organizations
