Job Summary

This role is central to the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on maintaining and optimizing the core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, myfactory. The specialist will serve as the primary contact for key users, resolving application issues, and performing necessary customizations and workflow adjustments within myfactory. A significant part of the mission involves database development, requiring expertise in MS SQL Server for complex queries and reporting, as well as managing MySQL databases for connected systems. Furthermore, the role involves developing and maintaining critical interfaces that integrate the ERP with external systems like webshops and shipping providers, ensuring seamless data flow. Candidates should have a strong service orientation, deep ERP knowledge (ideally myfactory, but transferable experience is acceptable), and robust SQL proficiency, coupled with programming understanding for scripting and API integration.
