Job Summary
This role requires a dedicated 1st Level IT Support Specialist to serve as the initial point of contact for customer and user technical inquiries via ticket, phone, and email. Responsibilities include reliably prioritizing, documenting, and processing support tickets, as well as independently analyzing and resolving IT problems with a strong service-oriented approach. Complex issues will be efficiently escalated to Level 2 experts. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience in IT Support, alongside C1 proficiency in both German and English.
