Job Summary

This Senior Systems Engineer role focuses on leading the development and realization of complex, high-frequency (RF) applications, adapting to market changes, digitalization, and technological advancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership of RF module development and designing architectures for sophisticated electronic warfare systems, including ESM, ECM, and ECCM. Day-to-day tasks involve system integration, commissioning, testing of RF modules, and contributing to necessary technical documentation. Key qualifications include a degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields) and several years of experience in high-frequency technology, coupled with knowledge of radar, radio, antennas, and electronic intelligence systems. This position offers the chance to actively shape innovative future technologies within a flexible work model, requiring a minimum of 80% on-site presence and proficiency in German and English.
