Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring waste disposal compliance, initiating follow-up measures for violations, and providing expert consultation on waste and environmental law to citizens, businesses, and authorities. The technician will also contribute to the on-call service for oil and toxic accidents and conduct environmental inspections of waste treatment facilities. Key requirements include a degree in Environmental Technology or a comparable natural/engineering science field, and the ability to operate effectively in an outdoor environment, utilizing a personal vehicle for fieldwork.
