Job Summary

This role seeks a Telecommunications Service Technician to strengthen a team specializing in service operations for Deutsche Telekom. The core responsibilities involve independently managing service orders, focusing heavily on troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and precise measurement of errors within the network. Key technical tasks include the installation and repair of IP connections, performing network switching operations from the main distribution frame (HVT) directly to the customer, and configuring customer-owned routers.
