Job Summary

This role involves supporting and deputizing for the Head of Facility Management at a specialized orthopedic and trauma clinic. Key responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance, security, and integrity of technical systems, equipment, and medical devices, ensuring compliance with DGUV V3 regulations. The Deputy Head will also be responsible for the planning, control, and execution of construction, renovation, and modernization projects, managing service providers, and handling disturbance/repair orders. A successful candidate must have a background in electrical engineering or a comparable field (preferably with a Master Craftsman certification), possess strong conceptual and analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience within a healthcare or clinical environment is highly desirable, and the position requires participation in the team's on-call rotation.
