Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating a DevOps team of approximately ten members, focusing on the operation, automation, and continuous development of complex IT and network platforms. The Team Lead is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks related to infrastructure automation, deployment, and release processes, ensuring the stability and availability of container-based platforms. Key requirements include several years of experience in the DevOps field, proven expertise in leading or technically coordinating technical teams, and practical experience setting up and operating automated CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code tools (Ansible, Terraform), and strong communication skills necessary for collaborating closely with development, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
