Job Summary

This role involves driving the development and industrialization of cutting-edge 77 GHz automotive radar antennas and waveguide solutions, directly contributing to the future of mobility and road safety. The Antenna Engineer will define the technology roadmap, architect complex next-generation radar antenna systems—including array concepts and feeding structures—and lead innovation in critical areas like antenna-to-chip interfaces and high-precision metallization technologies. A core responsibility is establishing robust measurement methodologies and ensuring strong correlation between simulations, prototypes, and serial production performance for high-volume automotive readiness. Candidates must possess an academic degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on high-frequency systems, coupled with long-term expertise in 77 GHz automotive radar and extensive proficiency in RF/EM simulation tools (such as CST, HFSS, and MATLAB). This position requires demonstrated project management skills and excellent English communication, offering the opportunity to serve as a technical authority in a highly skilled, international team.
