Job Summary
This is a pivotal role for an experienced commercial professional to establish and subsequently lead the new Commercial Department for one of Germany's largest owner-managed hearing aid retailers, Gerland Hörgeräte. The company is undergoing a significant structural transformation, centralizing its previously decentralized commercial operations across 50 locations into a centralized GmbH & Co KG based in Osnabrück and Bielefeld. The Head of Commercial Department will work closely with and report directly to the Executive Management, actively shaping the centralization process and developing new commercial processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include the professional and organizational leadership of seven Team Assistants, supporting them in daily business, coordinating tasks, and ensuring reliable commercial workflows across all branches. The role requires deep expertise in commercial administration, specifically with DATEV Unternehmen online, and the ability to train and support team members effectively.

Education
Commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional experience in tax matters
Experience
- Several years of experience in the commercial sector
- Initial leadership or coordination responsibility preferred
- Professional experience in structured and solution-oriented work methods
- Professional experience in supporting team members in daily business and special inquiries
