Job Summary

This role as a Corporate Health Management (BGM) Consultant involves shaping the future of the working world by strengthening employee health for clients of TÜV Rheinland. Day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for all BGM-related inquiries, organizing and documenting regular client discussions, and coordinating customer orders. The consultant will advise, train, and implement targeted health promotion measures, specifically covering crucial topics like movement, ergonomics, managing an aging workforce, nutrition, relaxation, and stress reduction, often acting as a moderator. The position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports or Health Sciences and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, coupled with strong empathy and a willingness to operate independently in the field across East Saxony, Saxony, Thuringia, and South Brandenburg.
