This position calls for a dedicated IT Support Technician responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and managing user inquiries (EDP Service) through various channels, including telephone, written communication, and on-site support. A core component of the role involves leveraging strong technical knowledge, particularly in Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies such as VMware, to resolve complex issues. Furthermore, the technician will contribute to the development of new IT concepts.
