Job Summary
This position calls for a dedicated IT Support Technician responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and managing user inquiries (EDP Service) through various channels, including telephone, written communication, and on-site support. A core component of the role involves leveraging strong technical knowledge, particularly in Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies such as VMware, to resolve complex issues. Furthermore, the technician will contribute to the development of new IT concepts. Ideal candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT or a comparable field, or be career changers with relevant professional experience, specifically in a support function. Success in this role requires a customer-oriented, self-reliant, and solution-focused approach. The company offers a stable, full-time position (40 hours/week) with a fixed salary and flexible working hours between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
