Project Engineer for Power and Gas Utilities | Projektingenieur Strom und Gas für Energieversorger (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing projects focused on the planning, modification, and renovation of power and gas generation plants and their associated networks. The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing work performed by subcontractors, maintaining close communication with authorities and municipalities regarding approval processes, and meticulously reviewing construction and execution plans, including those within GIS systems. A key part of the role is creating detailed specifications for each project and ensuring the timely and accurate performance of services outsourced to third parties. Occasional on-site supervision at construction sites is also required. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology, coupled with professional experience in electrical system planning and project management, along with good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
