This role seeks a meticulous Dairy Laboratory Technician responsible for conducting comprehensive quality control across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished dairy products. Key daily activities include performing detailed microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses, alongside rigorous sampling and environmental quality checks covering media such as water, air, and surfaces. The technician is also responsible for the precise evaluation, assessment, and documentation of all test results into designated data systems. Furthermore, the role involves maintaining and calibrating analytical equipment, managing relevant documentation, and actively participating in the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and workflows. The ideal candidate must possess a completed relevant professional qualification and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, hygiene, and food safety standards while working reliably both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
