Job Summary
This role is centered on ensuring compliance with limit values and driving continuous process improvement through rigorous analysis and hygiene controls within the microbiology laboratory and process hygiene department. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive sample management (including drawing product samples from production), conducting detailed microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses according to test plans, and meticulously documenting and evaluating results. A key component of the job involves performing hygiene controls and operational inspections, such as swab tests, air germ counts, and water analyses. The ideal candidate possesses an educational background in the food or chemistry sector (Apprenticeship or Technical School level) and ideally brings professional experience in laboratory work or classical microbiological analytics.
