Job Summary

This role involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team of scientists and lab technicians within the Research & Development department of a major human protein manufacturer. The Team Lead will drive and oversee multiple projects focused on blood plasma products, providing essential technical and scientific guidance across the entire product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing lab operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally with Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate possesses a PhD (preferred) in Life Science or a related field, extensive expertise in downstream processing and protein characterization, and a solid understanding of GxP principles.
