Head of IT and Business Intelligence | Data Scientist

Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the IT and Business Intelligence (BI) strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for the IT/BI budget, resource allocation, and management of external partners. Key day-to-day activities include maintaining a stable, secure, and highly available IT environment (both Cloud and On-Premise), overseeing central applications like ERP and CRM, and leading the data strategy and BI department. A strong focus is placed on cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and ensuring compliance with certifications (ISO) and preparation for NIS-2 requirements. This position requires proven leadership experience in IT or BI, deep knowledge of IT infrastructure and Cloud technologies, and strong strategic thinking combined with execution focus.
