This role involves the comprehensive facility management of renowned school locations in Bremen, ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and safety of buildings, sports halls, and outdoor areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing minor repairs, maintaining outdoor spaces, and coordinating external service providers for complex maintenance tasks. A critical focus is the operation, monitoring, and configuration of technical systems, particularly the heating infrastructure. Candidates should possess vocational training in a technical or craft field (such as Mechanic, Carpenter, or Plant Mechanic) or equivalent practical experience. The position requires strong communication skills, flexibility, a mandatory Class B driving license, and a willingness to perform evening and on-call duties.
