Job Summary

This is a key leadership role at the Ahlhorn site, responsible for managing and directing the maintenance team. The Team Leader will oversee the quality, quantity, timeliness, and economic efficiency of all maintenance operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Core duties involve planning, coordinating, and executing repairs, inspections, servicing, and testing across all production and building technical systems in collaboration with relevant department heads. A significant focus is placed on continuous improvement initiatives concerning maintenance processes, manufacturing efficiency, workplace design, and cost reduction. Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Engineering, further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician, and multi-year experience maintaining complex production facilities. Initial leadership experience and practical knowledge of modern maintenance methods, including DGUV-V3 inspections, are essential for success in this permanent, full-time position.
