Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the entire technical building management operations for a client in Berlin, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, particularly occupational safety, and contractual agreements. The Site Manager will be responsible for organizing, steering, and controlling maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks, while also handling defect and warranty tracking. Key qualifications include a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical degree (e.g., Facility Management). Candidates must possess professional experience in facility management and technical building systems (TGA), excellent German language skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
