Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive design and engineering of electrical and automation technology for specialized and standard machinery and systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and planning entire automation and electrical systems using EPLAN P8, selecting and sizing automation components such as sensors, actuators, drives, and controls, and ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and standards. The Electrical Design Engineer will produce essential documentation, including wiring diagrams, terminal plans, cable lists, parts lists, and assembly plans. Furthermore, the role requires adapting machine control software, performing parameterization, and conducting functional tests on the systems. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification, proven professional experience in electrical design or engineering within machine and plant construction, and proficiency in EPLAN P8 and English.
