This role offers a unique, fast-track entry into the defense industry as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager through an intensive 18-week Accelerated Learning Program. Upon successful completion, you will secure a permanent position at HENSOLDT, a leader in high-tech security solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve optimizing logistical processes, minimizing system failures, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of complex technological innovations like the Eurofighter and advanced radar systems. You will be responsible for planning and implementing ILS strategies, developing technical support systems, and creating necessary documentation and training materials. This opportunity is ideal for motivated career changers with a strong affinity for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and fluency (C1 minimum) in both German and English. While prior experience is beneficial, the focus is on potential and motivation.
