Job Summary

This role involves driving process optimization and digitalization initiatives, primarily through the strategic implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the management of enterprise systems. The AI and Process Manager will analyze existing business processes, conceptualize and implement sustainable optimization measures, and lead projects using agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban. A key component of the job is acting as a Product Owner, managing requirements for systems like ERP customizations, Power Apps, and Power BI. The manager will also be responsible for the support and continuous development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
