This dual-role position involves essential IT administration and general internal organizational duties for the State Construction Office in Freiburg, part of the powerful Federal Construction Baden-Württemberg agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 1st-Level IT support, managing user accounts (including Active Directory and Operations Manager permissions), handling hardware inventory, installations, and overseeing presentation and media technology. Additionally, the role involves crucial organizational tasks such as coordinating with facility management and maintenance contractors, supporting the operating budget creation, and managing office equipment. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent IT experience, coupled with strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent German communication abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position offering professional development, flexible work hours, and compensation up to salary group E 9a TV-L.
