Job Summary

This hybrid role seeks an Information Security Specialist to join an international team in Melsungen, focusing intensely on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The specialist will act as a consultant and coordinator, driving the implementation and adaptation of the global IAM strategy to meet regulatory and specific corporate requirements. Key responsibilities include ensuring all identity management processes adhere to security policies, planning and coordinating essential maintenance processes like re-certifications, and actively contributing to the design and implementation of the IAM lifecycle. You will support the integration of applications with the IAM provider and continuously improve existing IAM interfaces. The position requires strong advisory skills, involving training internal stakeholders on IAM topics and serving as a global point of contact for internal customers. Success in this role hinges on several years of experience in IAM, a relevant degree, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
