Job Summary

This role involves supporting the setup and management of promotions and flagship product launches, including SKU creation, payment procedures, and terms and conditions. A key part of the job is performing quality checks and tests for all promotions and digital services to ensure technical functionality. The specialist will also resolve customer order issues in collaboration with customer service, process GDPR requests, and communicate with IT systems and the global online shop support team. The position requires monitoring incoming customer orders for potential issues, correcting promotion rule errors, and documenting problems and solutions. Additionally, the role supports the creation of management reports and ad-hoc analyses.
