Job Summary

This role involves working as an Electrical Engineering Expert focused on maintaining and improving electrical safety and preventing fire hazards within various electrical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently testing safety-relevant systems, such as electrical installations, emergency power supplies, safety lighting, fire alarm, and alerting systems, ensuring they comply with current regulations. You will conduct pre-commissioning and recurring inspections of fixed operating equipment and electrical systems, document deviations, and ensure timely rectification of defects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses professional experience in the planning, installation, maintenance, or testing of technical systems, and has strong knowledge of building codes and relevant electro-technical standards. Fluency in German is required, along with a Class B driving license, as the work is independent and regional. The company offers a comprehensive training program to achieve official accreditation as a testing expert if not already obtained.
