Job Summary

This crucial role involves steering the design transfer process as the technical project lead, ensuring timelines and milestones are met for the successful transition of product designs into series production. Key requirements include at least three years of experience leading international and interdisciplinary projects, expertise in process design and optimization, and a technical background in engineering or medical technology. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory, and familiarity with 'roll-to-roll' processes and medical device regulations (MDR, ISO 13485) is highly desirable.
