Job Summary
As a Technical Solution Manager for Samsung Networks Europe, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers, focusing on ORAN Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) solutions. You will work within a highly motivated team of technical sales experts, defining and implementing strategies with support from local and Korean headquarters. Your role involves building strong relationships with technical decision-makers, guiding them through the technical sales process for SMO products and services, and strategically developing customer SMO solutions based on comprehensive market and customer needs analysis. You will identify technical challenges, propose tailored solutions, and contribute significantly to sales success. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, or Telecommunications, or equivalent professional experience
Experience
- Successful experience in consultative presales
- Familiarity with network operator workflows
- Understanding of how customers evaluate, purchase, and implement large OAM/SMO systems
