Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing construction site operations, specifically focusing on aviation security projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized site management procedures, optimizing construction processes, and leading a team of 11 site supervisors. A critical component of the role is acting as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft) according to German standards (DIN VDE1000-10), ensuring stringent adherence to occupational safety regulations, and conducting safety inspections in collaboration with safety officers. Furthermore, the position requires participation in international management and customer discussions, supporting acquisition activities, and contributing to proposal creation and negotiation strategies. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in electrical engineering and extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in site management and team leadership, coupled with fluent German and English skills.
