This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for all IT issues and inquiries, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support, and performing detailed analysis of incident reports. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of both hardware and software, alongside monitoring and ensuring network security. The specialist will also be tasked with documenting, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions, and contributing to the company's overall IT strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a completed education in IT, professional experience in IT support and network administration, strong IT affinity, and excellent communication skills.
