Job Summary

This role seeks a Product and Process Industrialization Engineer to manage the critical transition of new products into series production. Day-to-day responsibilities include representing production and supply chain interests within interdisciplinary development teams, actively planning and implementing new manufacturing processes, and ensuring structured change management throughout the product lifecycle. The engineer will be responsible for creating comprehensive technical documentation, including process designs and PFMEAs, and maintaining accurate product and process data within PLM systems. Key qualifications require a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology, coupled with practical experience in process optimization, industrialization, and familiarity with methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma. Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is essential.
