Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Process Engineer focused on optimizing manufacturing operations and production planning. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and enhancing production processes using methodologies like REFA, ensuring smooth operational flow, and improving ergonomics and workflows within manufacturing lines. The engineer will be crucial in creating and maintaining detailed work plans, instructions, and defining necessary tools and production setups. Key requirements include a technical qualification (Technician or equivalent, preferably electrical or mechanical) and initial practical experience in process planning or manufacturing optimization. Proficiency in German (Fluent) and very good English skills are essential, along with familiarity with tools like Catia V5, SAP, and REFA.
