Job Summary

This role is centered on connecting people with technology by designing, organizing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs for both customers and internal staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and organization of various technical courses, workshops, and online sessions, alongside the crucial task of creating comprehensive training documentation, presentations, and engaging e-learning content. The ideal candidate must be adept at conveying complex technical information in a clear, practical, and understandable manner. A key function of the role involves analyzing ongoing training needs and continuously evolving the curriculum to meet market demands. To succeed, you must hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, possess professional experience in technical training delivery, and be fluent in both German and English. You will be expected to collaborate closely with the development, service, and sales teams to ensure alignment and product knowledge transfer.
