Job Summary

This role involves developing and leading innovative strategic programs and projects aimed at boosting performance and collaboration within the Supplier Quality Development (SQD) function and with external business partners, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of strategic procurement. Day-to-day tasks include planning, tracking, and reporting project progress, managing budgets and resources in cross-functional teams, and utilizing problem-solving methods to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a global expert network to strengthen supplier quality knowledge worldwide, promote knowledge transfer, and organize training on quality topics and new technologies. You must possess a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, coupled with several years of professional experience, and demonstrate strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and intercultural competence. The position requires fluent English and willingness to travel up to 25% nationally and internationally.
