Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer specializing in Grid Planning and Management, focusing on developing and implementing innovative projects within renewable energy and grid operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading projects from conception to implementation, ensuring the grid connection of new business areas, preparing tender documents, evaluating bids, and coordinating construction and acceptance processes. A critical aspect involves integrating decentralized energy generation, particularly renewable sources and large-scale battery storage, into existing medium and high-voltage networks (up to 110 kV). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possesses multi-year professional experience in grid operations or electrical engineering, and has initial project management experience. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of energy supply while managing project budgets up to €20-30 million.
