Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Electrical Technician or Master Craftsman to take on the role of Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) within Facility Management in Berlin. The primary focus is ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of electrical and MCR (Measurement, Control, and Regulation) technology across large-scale properties, particularly those hosting major events. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance, inspection, and repair of technical systems, operating Building Management Systems (BMS/GLT), troubleshooting technical faults, and implementing optimization measures. A critical component of the role involves managing DGUV inspections, supervising electrical personnel, and ensuring compliance with all current standards. The position offers a permanent employment contract, 30 days of vacation, and various bonuses, targeting eventual direct placement with the client.
