Job Summary
This is a leadership opportunity for a proactive professional to shape the IT landscape and lead the IT team at straschu Holding GmbH in Stuhr. The Head of IT will be responsible for developing and implementing the comprehensive IT strategy, ensuring stable, secure, and future-proof IT operations across infrastructure, applications, and security. A core function involves the technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the IT team. Key responsibilities also include planning, managing, and executing IT projects and digitalization initiatives, evolving the overall IT architecture, and actively optimizing core business processes. The successful candidate will manage external service providers and ensure strict adherence to data protection and security requirements. Ideal candidates possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and multi-year professional experience, preferably in a leadership capacity, combined with strong project management and strategic thinking skills.
