Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer within the Technology and Development department, focusing on the design and ongoing support of electric motors and electrotechnical components for refrigerant compressors. Day-to-day responsibilities include specifying, designing, procuring samples, and qualifying integrated electric motors and components. The engineer will also be involved in developing and constructing electrotechnical assemblies for the operation, control, and monitoring of compressors. A key function is performing functional and root-cause failure analysis from the prototype stage through to series production. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, possesses experience in electrical engineering, and is proficient in English negotiation.
