Job Summary

As a Coating Engineer, you will join a global team of engineers and scientists focused on developing new coating materials, manufacturing processes, technologies, and testing methods for stationary gas turbines and other areas supporting the energy transition. You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and implementing innovative technologies from qualification through industrialization to series production. This involves analyzing customer requirements for high-temperature coatings, contributing to material and process development, and serving as a technical interface between internal and external partners. A key aspect of the role is also identifying and acquiring public funding for research and development projects. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across various departments and with external partners to advance ceramic coating technologies.
