Key responsibilities include designing and delivering practical, specialized training content in electrical engineering, managing courses, monitoring participant learning progress, and assisting with the preparation and execution of final examinations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as an industrial electrician or electrical systems installer, combined with pedagogical certification (such as AEVO). Experience in adult education and theoretical instruction is highly beneficial.
