Job Summary

This is a newly created, strategic leadership role focused on driving the conceptual, structural, and content development of a modern, family-oriented social service provider operating across 45 locations in Baden-Württemberg. The Head of Social Development and Innovation will be instrumental in ensuring the long-term viability and quality of services in areas like youth welfare, school support, and integration assistance. Day-to-day responsibilities involve systematic quality management, process optimization, and translating societal needs into viable new service concepts. The role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate digital tools, including AI, into service delivery, manage grant applications and tenders, and contribute to the organization's external professional image. This position offers significant creative freedom and direct collaboration with the executive management team, acting as a central engine for corporate advancement within the social economy.
