Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Electrical Specialist/Service Technician focusing on Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology within the power supply network in the greater Freiburg area. The core responsibilities include independently executing installation, inspection, and maintenance tasks on critical MCR infrastructure. A key component of the job is proactive troubleshooting and sustainable fault elimination in electrical systems. After comprehensive training, the technician will participate in the MCR on-call duty rotation to guarantee the continuous reliability of the technical infrastructure. Candidates must be qualified electricians, Master Craftsmen, or Technicians in Electrical Engineering with a strong interest in MCR and station control/telecontrol technology. The position demands a high degree of self-initiative, quality-conscious action, and the ability to make goal-oriented decisions under pressure, offering independent work, digital documentation methods, and excellent opportunities for professional development.
