Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Machine Learning specialist to act as the AI Coordinator, driving the integration of Artificial Intelligence and automation within business processes, particularly within the regulated insurance environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing high-value AI use cases, coordinating between business units, IT, and external partners, and managing the implementation lifecycle from Proof-of-Concept to successful pilot projects. A core focus is ensuring responsible AI deployment, adhering to critical regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act and GDPR, and establishing clear ethical standards. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, fundamental knowledge of cloud-based architectures and APIs, and proven experience in vendor management and requirement engineering. Experience

- Experience executing Proof-of-Concepts and pilot projects
