Job Summary

This role is for a Deputy Head of Manufacturing within a specialized peptide synthesis company serving global research institutes and pharmaceutical firms. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the existing regulated Advanced Grade production while supporting the planned expansion into GMP-compliant manufacturing. Key responsibilities include deputizing the Head of Manufacturing, overseeing the entire production process from planning and organization to documentation, and ensuring efficient resource and deadline management. You will contribute to creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manufacturing instructions, manage complex projects, and be responsible for qualifying and training production personnel. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in chemical, pharmaceutical, or biological sciences and ideally possess relevant experience in regulated production environments.
